1. Candidate Address Privacy Protection Invariant

At Niyukti, candidate safety and privacy are non-negotiable platform invariants. When you create a candidate profile:

• Employers strictly see: City • State • Country • Pincode.
• Never Disclosed to Employers: Your house number, street address, apartment details, or private geo-coordinates are never exposed to recruiters or prospective employers prior to official employment contracting.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the essential information required to connect candidates with relevant hiring opportunities:

• Account Data: Name, verified email address, role designation (Job Seeker / Employer).
• Candidate Credentials: Technical skills, verified work history, target salary expectations, notice period, resume document.
• Employer Verification Data: Corporate email, business registration domain, verified CIN/LLPIN registry data.

3. Zero Data Brokering

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertising networks or external data brokers. Data is processed exclusively to deliver deterministic matching and direct hiring workflow.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and GDPR, you have the absolute right to export your complete career history or permanently delete your account and associated resumes at any time from your account settings or by contacting privacy@niyukti.online.
