Niyukti never exposes a candidate’s exact street address or personal telephone number to employers without explicit candidate approval. Only city, state, and pincode level geography is disclosed for commute matching.

We collect information provided directly when creating a Candidate or Employer profile, including verified names, email addresses, professional work history, skills, and target salary ranges.
2. How Information is Used
Candidate data is strictly utilized to compute match fit scores against verified employer requisitions and facilitate direct interview scheduling with full consent.
3. Data Security & Storage
All user records are stored with encrypted PostgreSQL database security with row-level access controls. We do not sell or monetize personal candidate contact records to third-party marketing brokers.
