2. Strict Zero Ghost Jobs Policy for Employers
Employers publishing listings on Niyukti agree that every posted vacancy represents a genuine, actively funded opening with authorized hiring intent. Posting fake jobs, resume-harvesting campaigns, or commission-only disguised listings will result in immediate permanent suspension.
3. Mandatory Salary Band Disclosure
All job postings must contain a realistic and transparent compensation band. Misleading compensation disclosures violate platform terms and are subject to algorithmic demotion.
